  This bank is the most unprofessional, unmotivated bank I've ever deal with. If you happen to get a home loan through them be prepared for a unfriendly staff who doesn't get anything done on time or right. I would never recommend this bank to a single person. Susan Steven is the women I had the displeasure of dealing with and she didn't get anything done on time and had an attitude the entire time. And john apparently doesn't care if the coustmers are treated poorly or when his team makes several mistakes. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

  Went to the bank and said glad this is the last time I come to this bank again. Because you have to pay 5$ to cash a check. Teller told me we don't need your service lol worst bank around . I have banked with lots of banks and customers service around Farmington NM

  I have an account with this bank but also another account with USAA. I use this bank for cash withdrawls as USAA does not have their own ATMS. The machine at this location ate my card. I went directly in to the bank and politely let them know that their ATM machine is malfunctioning and has eaten my card. The teller I spoke with could care less as it was 4pm Im sure all she cared about was getting off. She said she couldnt get me my card at all and she would be cutting it up since its not a card with their bank. Again, I have been a costumer with an account with Vectra as well for over 10 years. I will be closing my account and never use their outdated ATMS or deal with a teller with zero quality customer service again.
