- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would give this a no star if i could.... Very disappointed in the policy about identification... My wife and I lost our cards and IDs, we had no cash on hand even after my wife provided all our account info they told us we cant withdraw OUR money because of the lack of identifications. We went to another wells fargo bank by the mall and they gladly helped us. I was really upset and ticked off... I felt like i was discriminated because of the color of my skin. The feeling of possibly being stranded overnight with a hungry baby and wife was something i couldnt live with.By LL Nelwood, October 15, 2016
