- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This was my first year with them.. waited a whole day and an half... and not to mention now .. i need to prove I worked in another state which i have the pay stubs to prove.. like.. wtf you guys gotta be sh*tting me! A waste of my time.. never had this problem before..only reason I went to them was i was in school and needed help on thanksgiving and Xmas. . But it's for sure my last time there!! Pissed me off!! A total fail.. I REGRET EVER THINKING OF GOING THERE!!!!!!!.. I pay my taxes my permanent state and the state i worked in....??? MY LAST YEAR TAX WAS DONE IN 15 MINS 5 MIN WAIT.. AND NO STATES HAD TO QUESTIONED ME... FOR YOUR INFO..WORST TAX DONE YET.. SAD TO SAY I COULD SAY MORE..HOPEFULLY THIS WILL HELP YOU make your decision..By Rowan Sandoval, September 07, 2017
