- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆FARMINGTON Office is a JOKE! I have always had great things to say about US Eagle in farmington and in fact have referred several people to them for vehicle purchases. But this last experience has been one for the books. To the point where i want to tranfer ALL of my accounts to another company / Bank. The absoulte worst experience selling my car and then buying a car from out of state. I bought my car 3 weeks ago MVD messed up on the first vin inspection so the Temp tag issued by US Eagle is not valid. Back to MVD I go..drop it off on friday and 4 days later they tell me it has been misplaced. Ugh.. SIDE NOTE. when i dropped my new Vin off the experience with the Teller staff was horrible!!! Sat in the outside businees line forever waiting for someone to come assist.. pushing the buzzer several times over the course of my time waiting. when she finally did come....she laughed at me. There is front office staff and back office staff for a reason. They need to staff appropriately expecially for friday afternoons... The Manager doesnt believe a word customers say... he will brag about how many cameras he has and will verify what you say is true. Granite i can see why to protect his staff but very disrespectful to the customers... basically calling them liers. Every time I go in the building people are chatting away on the computers. Can they not do there jobs? Or do people have to hold there hands everyday. Lack off communication for all the dam "insta-messageing" they are doing. Suggestion..... DO NOT BANK WITH US EAGLE. Oh and there online bill payment system is a joke. I have to set up all my account informatiom every month to pay my bills. And for a year now i get told... oh sorry this should be fixed next month.By Heather Riley, April 13, 2017
